About the role

  • Production Manager overseeing corporate and public events from conception to delivery at Havas Events. Ensuring quality, budgeting, and compliance with RSE commitments in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Within the Production & CSR team, you manage and ensure the delivery of demanding corporate and public events, from operational conception to final delivery.
  • You actively contribute to the effective running of the team with a focus on quality, process security, operational optimization and the systematic integration of the agency’s CSR commitments.
  • Participate in tenders: budget development, responsible sourcing, requesting quotes and negotiation.
  • Handle purchasing, orders, contract follow-ups and project budget management.
  • Manage event projects from A to Z, ensuring their quality, coherence and operational feasibility.
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (teams, contractors, suppliers, technical partners).
  • Anticipate operational, technical, budgetary and regulatory issues related to each production.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal processes, safety standards and quality standards.
  • Identify risks, propose contingency plans and secure on-site execution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the production team’s methods and tools.
  • As part of our ISO 20121 certification, integrate the principles of responsible event management at every stage of projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event production
  • Excellent organizational, coordination and budget management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy, rigor and responsiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams
  • High attention to detail, strong operational standards and a genuine ability to anticipate
  • Genuine interest in CSR topics and their implications
  • Strong knowledge of the event ecosystem and technical suppliers, with the ability to select the most suitable partners for each project
  • Comfortable in a professional English-speaking environment, with fluent written and spoken English
