About the role
- Producer Relations Advisor assisting independent agencies to build relationships and support business growth. Work in a hybrid setup at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be part of the internal sales division within our Distribution team - helping independent agencies succeed
- Provide onboarding and orientation for new agency relationships
- In-depth knowledge of GUARD’S functioning as a carrier
- Ongoing marketing and procedural training and support for independent agency base
- Continuously encouraging production from individual appointed agencies
- Partnering with field personnel to meet territorial production goals
- Managing assigned territory utilizing IIS Dashboard
- Responding to a wide range of agency problems and providing ongoing training to agents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills are essential for the role
- Exceptional internal and external customer service skills are a must
