HR Business Partner Junior supporting Havas Play's recruitment and performance processes. Contributing to community engagement and administrative management in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Manager support: Assist managers with their day-to-day HR needs to align business performance with team engagement.
Recruitment: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices across all Havas Play functions: recruitment campaigns, candidate interviews, debriefs, offers, coordination with the HR team for administrative processes, reporting, and onboarding.
Performance tracking: Coordinate and ensure the processes for monitoring intern and apprentice performance (initial impressions report, mid-term review, end-of-internship/apprenticeship review, tracking internal mobility, pre-hiring for fixed-term/permanent contracts, probation period follow-up).
Campus management strategy: Actively contribute to the rollout of our campus management strategy (partnerships with schools, participation in job fairs and student events, recommendations to improve visibility on campuses).
Community engagement: Animate and engage the community of interns and apprentices and build a pool of qualified talent.
Cross-functional projects: Occasionally participate in team projects (onboarding, employer branding, diversity & inclusion) and event organization.
Administrative management: Prepare administrative files for new hires (internship agreement, schedules, Cerfa form, DPAE (pre-employment declaration), enrollment in supplemental health insurance), enter new hires into the HRIS, and act as the liaison with IT to order equipment.
Absence management: Monitor absences (sick leave, ongoing absences, paid time off) and update information in the HRIS.
Reporting and HR data: Support the processing and formatting of HR data (HR reports, Group reporting tool, queries, economic/social/environmental database BDESE).
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in HR or Business
At least one prior experience in recruitment required
Interest in discovering the communications/advertising environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening ability; team spirit is essential
High curiosity and versatility
Fluent English required.
