About the role
- Senior Data Analyst transforming large datasets into actionable insights for iCliGo travel technology products. Collaborating with Product, Marketing and Operations teams to drive data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources;
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance;
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and provide data-driven recommendations;
- Support product development with insights into user behavior and travel industry trends;
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across reporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Proven ability to build dashboards and analyze data from scratch
- Solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team while working autonomously and proactively.
