Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for the transformation of newly acquired primary care practices (organizational, digital, and operational)
Analyze existing processes, develop optimized target processes, and implement improvements
Manage the rollout of new software, tools, and infrastructure in practices
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including medical staff, internal teams, and external partners
Train and support practice teams to ensure successful adoption and sustainable impact
Continuously develop and scale transformation approaches to support nationwide growth in Germany
Provide leaders with insights and status updates to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in project management, transformation, implementation, or digitization initiatives
Proven ability to pragmatically and hands-on implement projects end-to-end
Experience with software rollouts or IT-related projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of change management principles
Initial exposure to the German healthcare sector (e.g., hospitals, practices, consulting, or HealthTech) is a clear advantage
Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in operational environments
Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
