Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in project management, transformation, implementation, or digitization initiatives
- Proven ability to pragmatically and hands-on implement projects end-to-end
- Experience with software rollouts or IT-related projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of change management principles
- Initial exposure to the German healthcare sector (e.g., hospitals, practices, consulting, or HealthTech) is a clear advantage
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in operational environments
- Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
