- Manage SQL Server databases (basic to intermediate)

- Manage corporate wireless environments with Ubiquiti UniFi
- Implement and support network authentication using Microsoft NPS (RADIUS)
- Document procedures, policies, and environments clearly and in an auditable manner
- Apply governance best practices based on ITIL and ITSM tools
- Propose continuous improvements in infrastructure, security, and monitoring
- Support development teams, information security, and advanced users
