Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field)
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, customer success, support)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Differentials:
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Experience with customer service platforms and systems
- Familiarity with SMS tools, QGIS, MapShaper, Swagger
- Experience in technology companies using Agile methodology
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish
- Experience handling customer service on social media and/or Reclame Aqui
