About the role
- Senior ABAP Consultant working with SAP solutions for international insurance companies. Engaging in Scrum teams, developing and maintaining software in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Working in a customer facing role in Scrum teams using Agile methodology.
- Teams would be mixed teams with a mix of onsite and offshore colleagues
- Working location will be Bangalore in hybrid model (2 days work from office).
- Work in Devops teams responsible for maintaining existing software and building new functionality.
- Grooming junior developers.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of Relevant experience.
- Core ABAP - Data Dictionary, BADIs, BAPIs, RICEF.
- OOABAP – Good working knowledge.
- Good to have basic understanding of SAP Workflows
- Must be able to work independently
- Should be able to work with and groom junior resources.
- Insurance, FS-PM/ FS-CM skills would be nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with colleagues onsite and offshore.
