About the role
- Managing end-to-end major incidents in a dynamic IT environment while coordinating with stakeholders and communication. Responsible for analysis and reporting along with organizational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Major incidensek (P1–P6) teljes körű menedzselése – bejelentéstől a lezárásig.
- War room / wall room szervezése és facilitálása, érintett stakeholderek azonosítása és koordinálása.
- SWAT csapat és megoldói erőforrások (belső/külső) irányítása, szükséges eszkalációk kezelése.
- Ügyfél- és belső kommunikáció biztosítása, státusz riportálás a csoportvezető felé.
- Gyökérok-elemzés (RCA) és javító intézkedések meghatározása, dokumentáció és folyamatfejlesztési javaslatok.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 év releváns tapasztalat incidens-, problem-, change- vagy IT Service Management területen.
- Magabiztos ITIL ismeret és strukturált szolgáltatásmenedzsment szemlélet.
- Erős kommunikációs és facilitációs készség, komplex stakeholder környezetben.
- Stressztűrés és gyors döntéshozatali képesség, pörgős, agilis működés.
- Proaktív, határozott személyiség, magas szintű precizitással.
- Előnyt jelent:
- IT szolgáltató központban vagy IT üzemeltetési környezetben szerzett tapasztalat
