About the role
- Business Analyst supporting agile teams in Hungary for complex IT initiatives. Responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and structure business needs and requirements
- Define, document and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops, discussions and presentations with stakeholders
- Analyze and model business processes (e.g. BPMN, sequence diagrams)
- Collaborate closely with development teams on specifications and user stories
- Support testing activities and clarify functional questions during delivery
- Use modeling and visualization tools (e.g. Miro, MindManager, Figma)
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and ongoing delivery activities
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, stakeholder analysis and process modeling
- Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders effectively
- Basic technical understanding (e.g. APIs, JSON/XML; SQL is an advantage)
- Experience working in agile environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Independent, proactive and structured way of working
