About the role
- Consultor Pedagógico driving pedagogical results for language schools in Brazil. Supporting educational strategies and conducting trainings across São Paulo, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, and Paraná.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guide action plans for language schools to drive continuous improvement in pedagogical outcomes;
- Develop and deliver trainings, workshops, and mentoring (in-person and virtual), using the brand's methodology;
- Analyze pedagogical indicators and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Monitor the performance of Pedagogical Advisors and support their professional development;
- Provide targeted consultancies, including lesson observations and talk sessions;
- Collaborate on pedagogical events such as conferences and high-performance trainings;
- Support the implementation of educational strategies across school locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Letters (Language Studies), or a related field;
- Proficiency in language teaching methodologies and principles of andragogy;
- Experience analyzing pedagogical indicators;
- Prior experience delivering language lessons or in pedagogical coordination;
- Strong oral and written communication skills for conducting educational trainings;
- Knowledge of learning in virtual environments and digital tools;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Availability for frequent travel;
- Experience with franchising is a plus;
- Intermediate English.
