About the role
- Lead Engineer overseeing testing and documentation of Europe’s first certifiable Level-4 autonomy system at MOTOR Ai in Berlin. Collaborating with teams on system verification and integration.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen (Software, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik) oder einem anderen relevanten technischen Bereich
- Mindestens sieben Jahre praktische Testerfahrung im Bereich Automotive ADAS
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Initiativen und der Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Funktionsteams
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Verifizierung und Validierung sicherheitskritischer Systeme gemäß ISO 26262
- Ausgeprägte praktische Programmier- und Skriptfähigkeiten in C++ und Python oder einer in diesem Umfeld genutzten Sprache
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Testautomatisierung und der Durchführung von Software-in-the-Loop und Hardware-in-the-Loop Tests
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Kommunikationsprotokolle der Automobilindustrie, einschließlich CAN und Ethernet
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Echtzeitbetriebssystemen (RTOS) und deren Kernkonzepten
- Praktische Erfahrung mit ASPICE und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Simulationsplattformen wie CARLA und Middleware wie ROS2
