Responsibilities
- Deliver analysis and design tasks in accordance with relevant technical standards and client requirements

- Contribute to the commercial success of projects and support business development initiatives

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant industry certification (CPEng, RPEQ – highly regarded)
- Approximately 6–8 years of professional industry experience
- Active involvement in industry bodies, publications, or professional activities
- Strong technical capability across a broad range of geotechnical and engineering geology projects
- Proven ability to manage risk and deliver cost-effective solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading small teams and mentoring others
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent report writing and proposal development capability
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and knowledge
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Sound understanding of relevant Australian Standards and specifications
- High level of computer literacy across industry software tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
