Requirements
- 6 - 8 years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained delivering transformational change in industry.
- Experience working with organisations in Energy Generation, Retail or Utilities Distribution, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Networks, Water or Nuclear sectors.
- A demonstrated track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services; with experience contributing to sales and business development, and a relevant professional network.
- An ability to shape and deliver complex business change and transformation programmes; commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
- Experience of working with and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.

- Total cash package of up to £80,000 including a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months.
