Responsibilities
Execute the visual design aspects of a company's products, branding, marketing campaigns designs.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop engaging visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, email newsletters, digital advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
Translate marketing objectives and concepts into visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Work closely with the UI/UX team to support the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's visual identity and guidelines to ensure consistent application across all design deliverables.
Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements that enhance the overall aesthetics and usability of digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and marketers, to ensure design concepts are effectively communicated and implemented.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies, and incorporate them into design processes to enhance creativity and innovation.
Comply with Mondia policies and procedures and support Mondia mission and vision.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creative thinking.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools would be a plus (e.g.,Figma, or Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of fundamental design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout techniques.
Experience working in a marketing or advertising environment, creating designs for various marketing channels.
Familiarity with design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX professionals.
Very Good command of English.
Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
At least 4 years of working experience in digital design or advertising agency.
