Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers
- Communication & relationship building
- Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representative to optimize shelf visibility
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and stocked
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles from the primary location: Athens, AL
