- Merchandiser/Order Writer managing merchandising needs and stock for Mondelēz products like Oreo and Ritz. Collaborating with sales representatives and optimizing store displays.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales and displays
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles from the primary location: Tracy, CA
