Responsibilities
- As part of the development of its mobility offerings, a banking-sector organization is looking for a Technical Project Manager / Product Manager to join a team dedicated to tablet and mobile environments. The role sits at the intersection of technical, product and business priorities, with a strong emphasis on coordination and representation.
- The role acts as a mobility ambassador for internal teams and the group’s clients. The Product Manager works as an interface between client ambassadors, the Tablet and Mobile team, and project stakeholders. In this capacity, they own the product vision, gather client requirements and ensure these are operationalized within the implemented solutions.
- Equivalent to a Product Owner role, the position requires strong knowledge of UEM solutions, notably Workspace ONE and BlackBerry UEM, along with solid project experience. The Product Manager oversees the various stages of production and delivery, monitors roadmaps, deliverables and performance indicators, and contributes to continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.
- The role also requires an in-depth understanding of architectures and application aspects of Workplace environments, and involves representing the Competence Center to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a mobility ambassador within the company and for clients
- Serve as the interface between client ambassadors and the Tablet and Mobile team
- Support ambassadors in their interactions with clients
- Collect, analyze and translate client requirements
- Manage projects end-to-end (roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, KPIs)
- Oversee technical, architectural and application aspects of Workplace environments
- Assist the internal Product Owner in tracking projects and milestones
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and contribute to continuous improvement
- Represent the Competence Center in project forums
