About the role
- Finance & HR Manager at Mobile Locker overseeing financial operations and HR processes. Supporting management with finance and HR functions in a growing international company.
Responsibilities
- Opvolgen van dagelijkse financiële werking (facturatie, kosten, cashflow)
- Maandelijkse rapportering en voorbereiding van afsluitingen
- Ondersteunen bij budgetten, forecasts en analyses
- Aanspreekpunt voor externe partners (boekhouder, accountant, auditor)
- Mee nadenken over financiële processen en optimalisaties
- Je stuurt een team van 3 office managers aan
- Ondersteuning van payroll en personeelsadministratie (in samenwerking met externe partners)
- Opmaak en opvolging van contracten (BE & internationaal)
- Helpen beheren van HR-processen zoals onboarding, afwezigheden, verlof en policies
- Meewerken aan verdere professionalisering van HR binnen een internationale context
Requirements
- Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in finance, HR of een combinatie van beide
- Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, maar verliest het grotere plaatje niet uit het oog
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een groeiende en veranderende omgeving
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel
- Je bent discreet en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie
- Ervaring met internationale context of payroll is een plus
- Talen: Nederlands en Engels vlot (Frans/Duits is een extra troef)
