Responsibilities
Scoping of work and drafting scoping notes
Definition of business requirements and drafting requirements statements
Drafting detailed functional specifications
Participation in effort estimation
Development of qualification plans, test plans and acceptance phases (including UAT)
Functional support liaising with users and IT teams, including post-Go-Live / post-delivery support
Facilitating meetings and driving project delivery
You will also be involved in the firm’s business development and encouraged to propose and lead any development projects you consider valuable: new services, new products, new markets…
Requirements
Regulatory knowledge in credit risk, structural risk, market risk, sustainable finance, or banking accounting
Knowledge of regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, RUBA…), Basel regulations (BCBS 239, CRD IV…), and IFRS 9 standards
Experience in the collection, management, analysis, consolidation and presentation of Risk and Finance data
Familiarity with data models for Risk, Finance and Liquidity information systems
Knowledge of regulatory production IT systems: from data collection to reporting
Advanced degree (Master’s level / bac+5) from a top business school, engineering school or university
At least 7 years’ experience in Banking Business Ownership / Business Analysis (Maîtrise d’Ouvrage) within a financial institution or consulting firm, seeking new professional challenges
