About the role

Responsibilities
- Capture and import tax invoices using the company's designated system
- Control and clean up invoices by department
- Analyze and post accounting entries in accordance with the company's chart of accounts
- Post tax invoices for purchases of goods and for services rendered
- Track outstanding invoice issues and drive resolution of the process
- Gather documentation required to support external audits
Requirements
- University degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience with Mega ERP is a plus
