About the role
- Quality Analyst planning and executing software testing activities at Minsait. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure software reliability and standard quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously improve software testing activities and quality processes, ensuring reliability, stability, and adherence to defined requirements
- Design test scenarios and test cases, performing manual and automated testing
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring adequate coverage of features
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and, when necessary, performance tests
- Identify, record, and track defects in a structured manner, ensuring traceability and supporting development teams in resolving issues
- Contribute to the definition, standardization, and continuous improvement of quality processes and testing best practices
- Participate in the construction and maintenance of test pipelines, supporting automation initiatives and validation efficiency
- Create and maintain technical test documentation, such as plans, evidences, and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between requirements, development, and validation
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in testing processes, contributing to reduced defects and increased system reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
- Experience with software testing (manual and/or automated)
- Knowledge of designing test scenarios and test cases
- Experience with functional and integration testing
- Familiarity with defect and test management tools
