About the role
- IT Specialist managing end-user devices across European markets at Mindler. Focused on improving IT environment and supporting hardware, software, and compliance tasks in Stockholm.
Responsibilities
- Procure, configure, and manage laptops and mobile devices across our European markets
- Own our Workspace environment end to end: user lifecycle management, shared drives, groups, organisational units, and access policies
- Manage user access across our third-party application landscape, provisioning, deprovisioning, and keeping permissions aligned with the principle of least privilege
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure at our Stockholm office, including Wi-Fi, VLANs, and guest access
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues across the organisation, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access problems for colleagues in all markets
- Own relationships with our IT vendors and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Play an active role in our ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance work
Requirements
- At least 2–4 years of hands-on IT experience in a similar generalist role
- Solid experience managing macOS devices, Jamf and ABM experience is a strong plus
- Solid experience managing Windows devices, Intune experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable administering Google Workspace across user management, security settings, and organisational structure
- Familiar with SaaS access management and the discipline around joiner/mover/leaver processes
- Some exposure to ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials, you should know what a control looks like and why it matters
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus, but not required
