About the role

Consultant providing legal and technical data privacy advice to major clients, especially telecommunications. Collaborating with a project team and contributing to privacy management processes.

Responsibilities

You independently provide solution-oriented advice to our major clients — including those in the telecommunications sector — on legal, technical, and organizational data protection matters.
You work closely with an experienced project team of data protection consultants, benefit from intensive knowledge-sharing, and actively contribute your expertise.
You support our clients in designing and developing data protection agreements, management processes, risk management, website compliance, and meeting transparency obligations.
You advise on appropriate technical and organizational measures (TOMs) and support their implementation on the client side.
You accompany and support the introduction of new products and processes and provide advice from a data protection perspective.
You can expect varied, individual projects with a high degree of creative freedom and exciting insights across different industries.

Several years of professional experience in data protection, ideally in a consulting environment, with in-depth knowledge of data protection law.
Quick comprehension and an interest in legal and technical questions.
Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with team spirit, reliability, and a good sense of humor.
Confident application of data protection requirements and legal bases for data processing.
Strong client orientation and the ability to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
