- Deepening existing customer relationships and providing individual, solution-oriented advice across the entire product portfolio
- Increasing revenue by leveraging cross- and up‑selling opportunities
- Improving service quality by regularly compiling and reviewing feedback
- Establishing and further developing administrative processes
- Independently conducting regional annual review meetings
- Preparing and reviewing operating and service/utility charge statements, and checking condominium fee accounts
- Drafting rental agreements, managing receivables (debt collection) and implementing rent increases
- Coordinating and supporting lettings, including planning handover and acceptance (move-in/move-out) appointments
- Coordinating and managing the involved service providers
- Recording and maintaining master data
Requirements
- Experience in rental and condominium/special-property management for residential and commercial properties
- Knowledge of German rental law and of the relevant administrative and tax processes
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
