Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
- Develop and implement software development strategies and roadmaps.

- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software applications using .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure).
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure delivery of high-quality software.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET and software ecosystem.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Must have experience with the following: .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure, ADO.Net);
- leading and managing a team of software developers;
- Agile methodologies;
- cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP);
- object-oriented programming;
- writing reusable libraries;
- concurrency patterns;
- defining team processes and best practices;
- MSSQL Server and MongoDB;
- and CSS and XML.
