About the role
- Senior HRIS Analyst managing SuccessFactors optimizations and providing strategic support for HRIS at Metcash. Engaging with stakeholders to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic operations, integrity and optimisation of the HRIS, ensuring strong governance and system performance.
- Drive enhancements to SuccessFactors by partnering with module owners and managing bi annual release cycles.
- Provide expert advice, support and troubleshooting for HR system users, resolving complex issues.
- Develop and maintain procedures, standards and supporting documentation for system use.
- Create dashboards and reporting that deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, inform decisions and support P&C and COE teams
Requirements
- Strong HRIS expertise, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors, and experience with major HR systems.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules is highly regarded
- Advanced analytical capability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
- Proven experience leading HRIS projects, enhancements or implementations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and system configurations.
- At least 5 years’ HRIS experience, with knowledge of HR processes and previous P&C operational exposure.
