Senior HRIS Analyst managing SuccessFactors optimizations and providing strategic support for HRIS at Metcash. Engaging with stakeholders to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic operations, integrity and optimisation of the HRIS, ensuring strong governance and system performance.
Drive enhancements to SuccessFactors by partnering with module owners and managing bi annual release cycles.
Provide expert advice, support and troubleshooting for HR system users, resolving complex issues.
Develop and maintain procedures, standards and supporting documentation for system use.
Create dashboards and reporting that deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, inform decisions and support P&C and COE teams
Requirements
Strong HRIS expertise, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors, and experience with major HR systems.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules is highly regarded
Advanced analytical capability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
Proven experience leading HRIS projects, enhancements or implementations.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and system configurations.
At least 5 years’ HRIS experience, with knowledge of HR processes and previous P&C operational exposure.
