About the role
- Application responsible for managing InvoiceHub systems at Metaline, overseeing system developments and user support.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the evolution of the InvoiceHub application.
- Participate in scoping and IT system evolution workshops.
- Perform functional analysis of requirements and identify impacts on interfaces with surrounding applications.
- Monitor vendor roadmaps, analyze impacts and anticipate version upgrades.
- Drive coherent application evolution from design through deployment and commissioning.
- Produce key deliverables: Interface Contract, Flow Matrix, Transformation Matrix, Functional and Technical Documentation.
- Ensure the quality of developments delivered.
- Contribute to the testing strategy in coordination with the Test Factory (Test Lead, testers).
- Define test plans with the business/IT department (DOSI) and the Test Factory team.
- Manage corrective releases in case of defects.
- Prepare the run and hypercare phases (operational procedures, automation, monitoring indicators).
- Ensure complete documentation management for the application.
- Produce and monitor performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs with the vendor and the business domains.
- Maintain the functional and technical knowledge required for the application's long-term sustainability.
- Assist and advise users on the InvoiceHub application.
- Act as the primary point of contact for OPS teams and IT production.
- Oversee incident tracking, liaising with the vendor when applicable.
Requirements
- Proficient in Office 365 collaborative tools – Advanced – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of middleware – Advanced – Important
- Proficiency with Factur-X, CII, UBL or XML formats – Advanced – Important
- Good understanding of interface and inter-application exchange issues
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigor and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (business, DOSI, vendor, OPS, Test Factory)
- Sense of responsibility and service-quality orientation
- Proven experience (4 to 10 years) in application ownership or in managing IT system evolution
- Experience in a regulatory environment or in projects with strong normative constraints is a plus
- Higher education in Computer Science (Master’s level or equivalent)
