About the role
- Sales Controller analyzing revenue and market potentials for the DACH region at Merz Aesthetics. Collaborating with Sales Heads and supporting budget processes for a renowned aesthetics company.
Responsibilities
- Develop the revenue budget for the entire product portfolio and all sales channels.
- Analyze sales data and bring fresh ideas to sales reporting.
- Prepare regular Net Sales reports, including target vs. actual variances.
- Support budget and forecast processes for the DACH region.
- Analyze revenues by region, product and customer segment in a differentiated manner.

- Act as a sparring partner for the Sales team on sales-related questions.

- Create monthly product demand forecasts and optimize inventory management.
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy or a comparable field.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or BusinessObjects.
- Knowledge of SAP, module FI/CO.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations.
- Analytical mindset and confident handling of data analysis and data management.
