Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the technology strategy and roadmap for the organization
- Lead engineering & infrastructure teams, providing guidance and support on technical matters
- Help scale Meniga tech capability at a rapid pace with optimized budget

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure the security and scalability of our solutions

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of banking systems and technology, best practices and standards in technology and security
- Proficiency in C# and .NET 8+
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. MSTest, NUnit, XUnit, jMeter)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure) and experience with MSSQL, Postgres, Oracle
- Experience of leading tech transformation initiatives, especially in transforming On Prem to full blown cloud/SaaS
- Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience from a fast-paced tech start-up/ scale-up
- Proven track record in leading teams through change and organizational transition
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving approach
- Physically located in Poland
- Minimum 2 days a week in the office
