Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine the regional market development strategy aligned with global priorities
Identify total and addressable market opportunities, including penetration gaps, whitespace, and under-served segments
Develop clear recommendations on how to capture addressable market share, including portfolio prioritization, segmentation, and resource allocation
Translate insights into actionable multi-year roadmaps and annual strategic plans
Design, test, and recommend new go-to-market models, including hybrid, digital, remote, and partner-led approaches
Oversee regional marketing frameworks, campaigns, and toolkits to support country execution
Define regional training and education strategy for commercial excellence and capability building
Establish a robust regional market intelligence capability, including data governance and analytics standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Background in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in strategy, commercial, or market development roles within healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceuticals
Proven experience leading regional or global teams across multiple commercial functions
Strong track record in market shaping, business model innovation, and digital commercialization
Experience building and scaling Remote Sales and omnichannel models
Demonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed, multi-country environments
