Responsibilities
- Responsible for new product development and life-cycle management from ideation to launch
- Responsible for rapid prototyping and piloting emerging technologies
- Stay current with Pharmacy Benefit Management, healthcare industry, digital health trends
- Act as a Voice of Customer to inform personas, roadmaps, backlog prioritization
- Design user journeys that address user pain points, unmet needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement
- Responsible for implementing analytics and measurement capabilities
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategies, positioning and launch plans
Requirements
- BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years' of SME in respective areas
- Strong proficiency with MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook
- Working knowledge of key business applications such as Figma, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Jira, Confluence.
