Responsibilities
Develop and implement lead generation strategies, both online and offline
Revise and continuously improve our website, including content management and SEO optimization
Analyze and evaluate website data and marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and support the sales pipeline
Assist in planning and executing online marketing activities (e.g., email marketing, social media, PPC)
Prepare reports and regular analyses to monitor success and optimize marketing activities
Support the creation of marketing materials, e.g., landing pages, blog posts and newsletters
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a comparable qualification
Strong affinity for AI
Some practical experience in marketing, ideally in lead generation or website optimization
Solid knowledge of content management, SEO and web analytics
Experience with CMS and marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Creativity, strong organizational skills and a good sense for trends in online marketing
Independent working style, team player and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
