Responsibilities
Processing ongoing accounting
Coding, checking and posting incoming invoices
Processing electronic bank statements
Handling travel expenses and credit card reconciliations
Fixed assets accounting
Managing recurring entries and accruals/deferrals
General account reconciliation
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements under HGB (German Commercial Code)
Requirements
Successfully completed training as a Bookkeeper or Tax Clerk
Experience in financial accounting / accounting
Independent, proactive and precise working style
Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP B1
Good German and English language skills
