About the role
- Buchhalter/in supporting financial accounting and bookkeeping at medic assist GmbH in Bochum. Engaged in monthly and annual financial statements, requiring accuracy and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day accounting
- Coding, checking and posting incoming invoices
- Processing electronic bank statements
- Processing travel expenses and credit card statements
- Fixed asset accounting
- Managing recurring entries and accruals/deferrals
- General account reconciliation
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an accountant or tax clerk
- Experience in financial accounting / accounting
- Independent, proactive and detail-oriented working style
- Strong MS Office skills, especially EXCEL
- Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP B1
- Good German and English skills
