Responsibilities
Own the Feed: Strategy is useless without execution. You are writing hooks, directing edits, filming BTS, and engaging with our audience in the comments.
Break the Internet (B2B style): You’ll experiment with shorts, skits, long-form, and text. If it flops, we learn (Coachability). If it flies, we double down!
Studio Studio Studio: You’ll be at our studio in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire at least once a week, ideally more. This isn’t a commute; it’s where the magic happens. You need to be in the room.
Be the Voice of Andy Whyte: You will run our Founder’s channels. You’ll learn his voice, his cadence, and his hard truths.
