Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a roadmap for new Pharmacy Network Products like Smart Hop and other initiatives
- Manage the product lifecycle through ideation, testing, launch and growth
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation through workshops and ideation sessions
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities
- Assist in financial planning and tracking for the team, including budget adherence and ROI analysis
- Create and maintain product documentation, including technical specs, release notes, and user guides
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in progressively advancing product management roles
- Understanding on research, customer testing methods, data needs for products, analytics and AI
- 5+ years proven experience working with and influencing highly matrixed teams
- Hands-on experience in health care industry and/or regulated environment is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of product technical product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Optional: Certified Product Manager (CPM); SAFe, etc.
