Tracks competitive dynamics and evaluates their impact on current and future portfolio direction
Delivers market insights to R&D to guide discovery priorities and development pipelines
Serves as the main contact for portfolio matters with broad awareness of commercial, regulatory, supply chain, and development topics
Supplies operations, supply chain, and procurement with input for capacity planning, sourcing decisions, and cost optimization
Helps shape stewardship and sustainability efforts and contributes to regulatory activities for the portfolio
Requirements
B.S. / B.A. or MBA / M.S. degree in Marketing, Business Management or Agronomy
10+ years of experience in global or regional crop protection businesses with strong understanding of commercial, regulatory, supply chain, and development interdependencies
Proven strategic capability, including long‑term portfolio and market planning grounded in competitive, regulatory, and technological insights
Skilled at translating market intelligence into actions that improve asset performance and guide business direction
Experienced cross‑functional leader able to influence diverse teams across roles, cultures, and geographies
Strong collaborator and network builder who fosters trust, respect, and productive internal and external partnerships
Financially and commercially savvy, with experience in pricing, asset management, and new product introduction
Effective communicator and presenter, proficient in MS Office and able to travel up to 25%.
