Requirements

- 10–15 years of international experience across R&D and operations environments in the category
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in complex, cross-functional settings
- Strong understanding of food technology, quality, regulatory, and innovation processes
- Ability to manage budgets, portfolios, and strategic resource allocation
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- High integrity, adaptability, and passion for people, products, and consumers
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
