About the role
- Drive enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis at McKesson through SAP Analytics Cloud. Collaborate across finance and technology to improve FP&A processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAC planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between finance and technology teams to translate business requirements into SAC capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with finance, IT, and business unit stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- Champion change management initiatives, standardize FP&A data models, and align planning processes across business units.
- Ensure data integrity, manage master data, and oversee data ingestion pipelines for FP&A systems.
- Train users on SAC functionalities, reporting, and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems analysis, or related roles within large, complex organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a dynamic environment.
