Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in the Pharma area, you not only keep all threads in hand but also lead your team professionally, provide guidance and support strategic decisions.
You analyze digital solutions and develop recommendations for a more efficient, user-friendly process.
You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality — creating unique events and satisfied clients.
You build and grow relationships with clients in your projects, advise them according to their needs and lead project meetings.
You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and managing small teams
Confident proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured way of working, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business awareness
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
