Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients – from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
Client-focused consultant: You build and nurture relationships with clients on your projects, advise them as needed, and lead project meetings.
Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all suppliers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.
Commercial/financial responsibility: You prepare costings for new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project billing – including reporting and documentation.
Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Ideally some first professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business awareness
Willingness to travel and enjoyment of travel
