Responsibilities
- As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients – from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
- Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
- Client-focused consultant: You build and nurture relationships with clients on your projects, advise them as needed, and lead project meetings.
- Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all suppliers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.
- Commercial/financial responsibility: You prepare costings for new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project billing – including reporting and documentation.
- Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Ideally some first professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
- Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business awareness
- Willingness to travel and enjoyment of travel
