About the role
- Technical Support Architect managing customer issues related to VoLTE and IMS networks at Mavenir. Ensuring effective operations and troubleshooting of advanced telecom solutions.
Responsibilities
- Specializes in supporting and resolving customer problems using company's products
- Ability to explain 4G/3G/2G Core (Voice Core & Packet Core), VoLTE/VolTE to global telecom customer teams
- LLD and HLD designing for VolTE and related IMS network
- Ensuring smooth VolTE operations and effective customer management
- Troubleshooting of E2E network issues & coordination with all stakeholders
- Subject matter expert (SME) for Core Network functions
- Must have Shell Scripting & Linux experience
- Responsible for reviewing own and peer's work
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-15 years' experience in using relevant networking protocols
- Bachelor / Master's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as an IMS SME for VolTE or related experience
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Other languages are of advantage
