Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architecture and development of a world class agentic platform that powers intelligent, scalable, production grade AI agents.
- Work with cross functional partners to define requirements and translate them into clear, maintainable technical solutions.
- Lead or support high impact initiatives that expand the capabilities of our platform and accelerate our roadmap.
- Mentor engineers, provide thoughtful feedback, and help elevate the overall quality of the team’s technical work.
- Build well structured, testable, and resilient services that can operate at scale in production environments.
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and contribute effectively in an environment that values iteration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering production quality systems.
- Experience building backend services in Typescript/Node as well as Java. Experience with Spring Boot is highly desirable.
- Experience setting technical direction for teams, making architecture decisions, and influencing engineering best practices.
- Relevant telephony experience, such as SIP, Twilio, or similar communication platforms, or demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and operate within this domain.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions, and articulate technical tradeoffs for strong decision making.
- Excited to work in a fast paced startup environment, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy driving clarity and momentum across complex initiatives.
- Familiarity with areas such as LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, or agentic systems is a plus.
