About the role
- Senior Software Engineer creating Tableau dashboards for Carelon Global Solutions India. Responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights through visualization and collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and maintains Tableau dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, model and prepare data, create intuitive visualizations, and ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability through testing, optimization, and governance.
- Associate will design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Associate will leverage Tableau (Server/Cloud), SQL, and enterprise data sources to deliver performance, secure, and scalable BI solutions, partnering closely with business and data teams to ensure accuracy and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 + years in to Tableau & Data visualization tools developer.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud (publishing, permissions, schedules, extracts).
- Experience with visualization standards, KPI scorecards, and self-service enablement (training/guides).
- Working experience in Agile/Scrum and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud with strong SQL skills.
