Requirements

- Strong practical expertise in Java, .NET, Flutter, and React, with hands-on development and technical guidance experience.
- Deep knowledge of systems architecture, design patterns (SOLID, Clean Architecture), and engineering best practices.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and distributed architectures.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong technical leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across different areas.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or GKE).
- Knowledge of SRE, observability metrics, and reliability engineering.
- Experience in regulated sectors (finance, healthcare, payment services) or with critical systems.
