About the role
- Systems Analyst I responsible for supporting critical operations and technology projects in São Paulo. Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on system maintenance and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for corporate systems, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Analyze and interpret system logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform troubleshooting for medium- and high-complexity incidents (levels 2 and 3).
- Monitor system performance and availability, recommending preventive actions.
- Support acceptance testing of new features and fixes by executing functional and integration tests.
- Ensure execution of backup routines and data recovery procedures.
- Participate in technology project implementations, working alongside business units and vendors.
- Document processes, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes.
- Track requests and projects with vendors, ensuring deadlines, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior analysts on higher-complexity activities and support less experienced colleagues in problem diagnosis.
Requirements
- Experience with corporate systems (SAP, Protheus, SISJURI, Dynamics 365 CRM).
- Knowledge of Document Management systems (iManage) — desirable.
- Basic database knowledge (SQL queries).
- Experience with functional testing and support for system acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, web services, messaging).
- Knowledge of ITIL or incident and problem management practices.
- Ability to document technical and functional processes.
- Experience working with software and service vendors.
- English (reading, speaking, and writing).
