- Opbygge og implementere datastruktur og beregningsmodeller, der kan dokumentere og monitorere klima- og miljøpåvirkning fra byggeaktiviteter på både projekt- og porteføljeniveau.
- Udvikling af analytiske modeller og interaktive dashboards til identificering af trends, afvigelser, mønstre mv., og oversætte disse til operationelle anbefalinger og ESG-rapportering.
- Udføre analyser, f.eks. LCA-screeninger på projekt- eller porteføljeniveau, markedsscreeninger, business cases til at kvantificere bæredygtighedstiltag.
- Bidrage til præsentationsmateriale til at kommunikere om bæredygtigt byggeri målrettet forskellige stakeholders.
- Kontinuerlig screening af projektporteføljen mhp. at identificere bæredygtighedspotentialer og kravstilling i udbud.
Requirements
- Uddannelse på bachelor eller kandidatniveau inden for relevante fagområder.
- Minimum 2-3 års erfaring f.eks. fra rådgiver/konsulent, entreprenør eller bygherre-funktion.
- Erfaring med LCA-værktøjer anvendt i byggebranchen, og Office pakken særligt Excel og Powerpoint.
- Erfaring med analytiske værktøjer til data fx PowerBI og datateknikker fx statistiske funktioner, scenarier mv.
- Tidligere erfaring med datahåndtering, strukturere og præsentere data.
- Erfaring med at præsentere funden data på flere organisatoriske niveauer.
- Har du kendskab til SQL og DAX er det en fordel
