Responsibilities
- Analyze accounting variances
- Review reports
- Interact with department routines, providing guidance when necessary
- Respond to internal and external audits
- Prepare, periodically and on demand, comparative financial statement analyses, examining data and producing reports
- Submit financial reports to regulatory authorities
- Develop and analyze indicators/KPIs
- Monitor and verify accounting reconciliations performed by the area
- Provide information requested by various departments through the generation and issuance of management and detailed reports
- Support management in assigned activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance, Taxation or related fields (preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting routines
- Knowledge of accounting legislation and standards
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of regulations and resolutions issued by regulatory bodies and the third sector (non-profit sector)
- Knowledge of self-managed supplementary health accounting, especially RNs 518/2022 and 528/2022
- Knowledge of corporate governance, information security, process management, risk management and/or internal controls
- Relevant experience in the field
