Data Analyst for EdTech platform Kodree, analyzing product and marketing data for growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive data decisions and insights.
Responsibilities
Analyze product, marketing, and payments data to find patterns, issues, and growth opportunities
Investigate anomalies and proactively identify what’s broken or can be improved
Build dashboards and monitoring systems
Own and calculate key business metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention, etc.)
Provide clear, data-backed recommendations on monetization, geo strategy, and campaign performance
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and leadership to turn insights into actions
Support and improve data quality, tracking, and internal analytics processes
Requirements
Around 2 years of experience in data analytics - or less, if you have strong proven results (e.g. olympiad wins, hackathons, etc.)
Strong command of SQL, Excel/Spreadsheets, and Python
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of key business metrics: LTV, ROAS, CAC, retention, churn, and more
Practical experience with cohort analysis, not just theoretical knowledge
Confidence working with raw data - cleaning, validating, and structuring datasets
A problem-solving mindset, going beyond just executing tasks
English level: Intermediate+
